| Field notes | Moderately branched tree ca. 4 m tall, terrestrial. Leaves dark green above, paler beneath, with large, circular lenticels along stem, petiole, below base of petiole, along petiolules and at their point of attachment to leaflet. Inflorescence axes pale green, with scattered elliptic lenticels, primary axis short, secondary axes 7 to 9, ascending to spreading, then pendant, flowers with calyx pale green, corolla cream white, somewhat translucent, filaments cream white, anthers dark purple, disc pale yellow, unopened styles pale green, immature fruits cream white, globose, with minute mealy indument, disc and styles pale yellow, stigmas turning brownish.
